A new Rolls-Royce starts at about $377,000 and rises past $560,000 before any personalization. Almost every car is built to order with Bespoke options, so the starting price is better thought of as the cost of entry than the price of the car.

The figures below are Kelley Blue Book's starting sticker prices.

Key numbers

Cheapest Rolls-Royce
The Ghost, with a starting sticker price of $377,350 for 2027.
Cullinan
Starts at $442,750. The Black Badge starts at $512,750.
Phantom

Bespoke
Nearly every car is personalized, so the final price is usually much higher.

The Ghost is the sedan most owners drive themselves. The Spectre is the electric coupe, the Cullinan is the SUV, and the Phantom is the flagship.

What Bespoke options add

Rolls-Royce doesn't really sell standard cars. Buyers choose paint, leather, wood, a Starlight Headliner, coachlines, picnic tables and much more, and each choice adds to the price. Black Badge versions add about $70,000 to a Cullinan before any of that.

For the Cullinan, Kelley Blue Book's typical price paid is close to the sticker price for each version, which means the premium comes from the options buyers add, not from dealer markups.

What a used Rolls-Royce costs

Far less than a new one. Large luxury cars depreciate steeply, and an older Ghost can cost a fraction of the new price. Specification matters a great deal on the used market: a popular color with a Starlight Headliner sells more easily than a very personal specification.
